Secure Systems research groups at Aalto University and the University of Helsinki jointly organizes the 5th Annual Demo Day on May 29 to showcase the recent research in information security going on in Finland’s capital area. During the short history of these events, Secure Systems Demo Days have grown into an important information security meetup for local academia and industry. Last year 130+ participants gathered together to hear the latest news, to share knowledge and to network in a relaxed and stimulating atmosphere. If you want to have a one-stop overview of information security research going on in Finland’s capital area, then do plan to stop by.
Providing industry contacts to students is one of HAIC’s main goals and therefore HAIC encourages companies to join the event and advertise thesis/internship positions for students in the event. We hope that students, as well as company and academia researchers, will find this event useful also for creating new contacts and searching for interesting research topics to work with.
The Demo Day 2019 is part of HAIC’s public outreach program, open to everyone and free of charge. More information and registration at event site: https://ssg.aalto.fi/events/demo-day-2019/
