The Secure Systems Demo Day is an annual meet-up for researchers and students in academia and industry and gives an overview of the current information security research going on in Finland’s capital area. The event starts with two talks: Lachlan Gunn will present the research highlights from Aalto and University of Helsinki and Samuel Marchal from VTT will give an overview of VTT’s interest in AI security. After the talks, researchers present their latest results in the poster session (list of presenters can be found from the event page).
The event is an excellent opportunity for students and researchers to network and search for open positions within the local infosec industry and academia. As of now, SSH, Nvidia, Ericsson, Huawei and VTT have confirmed their attendance. Representatives from the Women4Cyber Finland organization will attend our event for the first time and EU project “Cyber Citizen” will come to demonstrate the “Cyber City Tycoon” educational game that is part of project’s aim to develop and enhance the cyber security skills of all EU citizens.
We look forward to meet you all at the event!
