CCIS Security and Cloud Computing student Iiris Joutsi from Aalto University has won the award for the best information security MSc thesis in Finland given by Finnish Information Security Association. According to the jury, her thesis ”Developers’ understanding on secure software development” was written with high quality, it was comprehensive and dealt with an important and current topic. Thesis was supervised by University Lecturer Sanna Suoranta.
Honorable mention was given to SECCLO Security and Cloud Computing student Parsa Sadri Sinak’s MSc thesis “Formal Verification of Confidentiality Guarantees in a Blinded Memory SoC” supervised by University Lecturer Lachlan Gunn.
