Application periods will open soon for the following three Master’s programmes in information security at Aalto University and at University of Helsinki, commencing in September 2019:
- SECCLO – Master’s Programme in Security and Cloud Computing at Aalto University. Applications open on November 15, 2018, until January 4, 2019.
- Master’s Programme in Computer, Communication and Information Sciences (CCIS) – Major Security and Cloud Computing at Aalto University. Applications open on December 3, 2018, until January 11, 2019.
- Master’s Programme in Computer Science – Networking and Services at University of Helsinki. Applications open on December 3, 2018, until January 11, 2019.
Plenty of scholarships available! SECCLO provides generous Erasmus Mundus scholarships covering the participation cost, living allowance, and mobility costs. University scholarships at both Universities may cover 50% or 100% of the tuition fee.
The Helsinki-Aalto Center for Information Security (HAIC) expects to award up to five HAIC Scholarships in 2019. HAIC scholars are selected on the basis of merit. A HAIC scholar will receive generous financial aid in the form of a living cost stipend or honours student position (part-time research-related employment during the semesters). For SECCLO, HAIC also offers participation costs scholarships for EU/EEA students.
